We are a company that combines over 80 years of experience in the manufacturing, operations, metal fab and hood cleaning industries.  From cleaning hoods, appliances and kitchens to fabricating metal shields, fixing hood and exhaust components or replacing hood motors, we will get the job done and done correctly.  Our goal is to make sure our customers run an efficient, safe kitchen for their employees and customers.
